Diagnosis
went back to the orthopedic doctor today with my MRI’s.
diagnosis: dislocated knee cap.
physical activity: limited
notes:
-no immediate surgery is required.
-surgery is pending on 3 weeks.
-in 3 weeks, if the knee is still building up fluid, surgery is required.

Day 2 of 3
so today was our second day snowboarding in vermont. i woke up sore from the first day. we spent a good part of today in the snowpark. we also dropped into the superpipe (halfpipe made out of snow, the walls were 22ft high). the park is the nicest park i’ve eer been to. they had rails that were literally made out of trees. i hit several rails in the park. i hit a flat tree rail bout 20ft...

It is 6:49am in vermont and is currently 24 degrees. Its cold in our hotel room, but i like it. Its suppposed to go from 24 to about mid 40’s around noon. Im debating on how many layers to wear since its so col right now, but its gonna get pretty warm later. I could always wear more now then remove layers if necessary.
