recently, i have hit a plateau for working out, but it all changed today. i just fell into a routine/rut, which isn’t really good for working out. my body got used to every exercise i did, it seemed like nothing. today i just pushed myself to workout harder, i increased the weights on every exercise that i did. the change gave my body a wake up call. this is exactly what i needed, a second wind!
Side Note: Bench Update
I benched 3 sets of 5 today, of 205lbs. The other day i only did 3 sets of 4, so im definitely getting stronger/increasing my 1 rep max. this means that im close to being able to put up two plates(225lbs).
