UPDATE: Bench Goal
i can now bench 205lbs. i am only doing 3 sets of 4, not including my warm up set. i need to slowly work my way up to 3 sets of 5, then 6, then 7. once i can easily put up 205lbs up 7 times, according to the weight lifting percentage chart, i would be able to bench 225lbs (two 45 plates on each side, aka my goal) 4 times.
giving my room a little makeover. building(from scratch) a shelving unit above my desk. Its gonna be for books and my big bulky stereo system, speakers and all. this will clear up space on my desk cause my stereo currently sits on it. im hoping i become more productive with school work, since i am un-cluttering my desk. will post pics of the finished project later. my goal for bench press is to be able to put up 225(two plates on each side). i can put up 175 right now, so im only 50lbs away. as long i keep up my workout religiously, like i have been, i WILL get there by the end of summer, maybe even sooner.
